Also supplying business consultancy and services that will support entrepreneurs. Its mission statement and vision are directed towards achieving quality training, not just in South Africa but also around the entire continent of Africa.

Elima consulting was founded by a female entrepreneur in 2020 after acquiring enough experience in the training and education industry. The aim of the business is to provide high quality training and business consulting services in South Africa and expand in Africa. The business supports technological innovation by using a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate training and learning. Elima believes that with technology, education and training can be provided everywhere with no limitation of distance. The aim is to build a huge market in South Africa as well as Africa.

Company History

Being in the teaching industry for almost 10 years, Mrs. Blanche has come to realise that Africa and South Africa in general need to empower its population in order to find ways of coming out of the financial challenges that the continent faces as a whole. She has developed the passion of training because she has realised that training brings knowledge in the many areas that can help the continent in whole develop itself. We as African needs to identify areas that are short of knowledge and finding ways to acquire as much as possible understanding about those issues and training our people so that they become more knowledge on how to solve those problems. We need to come with strategies to training the African population so that we create entrepreneurs that will solve the unemployment and financial crises that we are facing current in the continent.
